




Industrial Dining Facilities is seeking an "**Assistant Industrial Dining Chef**" for growth. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position. * Knowledge of food processing and Food Safety and Hygiene practices. * Dynamic and proactive personality. * Leadership competencies. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Review the menu to be served at the unit one day in advance, ensuring all raw materials required for preparation are available. * Supervise raw material preparation in cold kitchen, hot kitchen, and bakery sections. * Review the daily production schedule. * Train staff; plan, assign, and direct work. * Estimate product consumption and request purchase of necessary supplies. * Verify service line temperatures according to the menu (hot and cold lines). * Optimize raw material usage to ensure optimal yield and minimize waste. * Plan and supervise breakfasts, lunches, and special events. **OFFERED:** * Weekly net salary * Statutory benefits * Complimentary uniform * Free dining facility service Work location: Av.
