Perform sample collections and specialized tests after receiving appropriate training. Promptly and courteously assist patients and users seeking information about laboratory services. Support other laboratory departments as needed, performing tasks assigned by the branch manager. Prepare service orders for patients. Provide quotations for laboratory tests. Deliver test results according to established procedures. Bill and collect payment for all laboratory services. Receive and organize documentation supporting services rendered to corporate clients. Issue invoices upon client request. Prepare the daily CASH CLOSURE REPORT.
