NADRO, A LEADING PHARMACEUTICAL DISTRIBUTION COMPANY, INVITES YOU TO JOIN ITS WORKFORCE AS: DELIVERY OPERATOR REQUIREMENTS • Education: Completed high school diploma (Certificate) MANDATORY • Valid Class E driver's license (MANDATORY) • Minimum 1 year of experience as a DELIVERY DRIVER • Flexible availability • Experience handling 3/5-ton vehicles, cash, settlements, cancellations, invoices, petty cash RESPONSIBILITIES: • Provide customer service and deliver goods to various clients (pharmacies, hospitals, and/or supermarkets). • Collect returns • Verify cargo against shipping policies. • Perform settlements in accordance with policies, handle cash, invoices, and cancellations WE OFFER: • Working hours: Monday to Saturday, start time 06:00–08:00 AM – route completion • Weekly payments • Gross salary: $10,950 MXN • Productivity incentive: $2,700 MXN • Direct employment contract with the company • Grocery vouchers (weekly) • 13% Savings Fund (after 6 months) • Social security • Year-end bonus • 12 vacation days • 25% vacation premium • School support allowance: $600 MXN (February and August) • Free uniforms (twice per year) • Life insurance For over 80 years, Nadro has been recognized as a catalyst for change.
