Knowledge: Knowledge of: Plumbing, electricity, painting, carpentry. Experience using electric and manual tools. Physical dexterity and stamina. Minimum 2 years of experience. Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks in assigned departments and facilities. Verify proper functioning of facilities. Carry out general repairs in areas such as carpentry, locksmithing, masonry, painting, among others. Provide timely support to other departments as required. Perform routine maintenance on units located across various sites. Promptly respond to any emergency situations arising in the facilities. Identify opportunities to optimize resource usage, reduce operational costs, and promote energy savings. Be aware of job-related hazards and correctly apply corresponding safety measures. Maintain order and cleanliness in areas under one’s responsibility.
