We are looking for individuals eager to grow while building Nexu’s technological future. **Your Impact at Nexu Labs** As a **Junior FullStack Engineer**, you will be an active participant in the company’s technological evolution. You will be responsible for: * Building features end\-to\-end (Frontend \+ Backend) with guidance from Tech Leads and the team. * Participating in the implementation of AI-powered solutions within the product, learning how to deploy models and tools into real-world environments. * Collaborating in the design and continuous improvement of our applications, ensuring quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices. * Working with SQL and/or NoSQL databases, understanding their impact on performance and scalability. * Implementing and consuming REST and/or GraphQL APIs following team-defined standards. * Participating in testing, debugging, and continuous code improvement. Actively engaging in code reviews, writing clear documentation, and collaborating with Product, Design, and Data teams to turn ideas into real functionality. **What Makes You a Junior at Nexu Labs** * 0–2/3 years of professional experience or strong personal projects demonstrating your technical ability. * Engineering fundamentals: REST APIs, SQL basics, debugging, and testing (even if introductory). * Practical knowledge of a modern stack (e.g., Node + React, Python + React, or similar). * Proficient use of Git and openness to working with CI/CD. * Genuine interest in learning and applying AI tools in your development workflow (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar). * Experience collaborating in teams using agile methodologies (even if academic or internship-based). **What We Especially Value** * Personal projects or open-source contributions that demonstrate technical curiosity and a drive to build beyond minimum requirements. * Active use—or genuine willingness to adopt—AI tools to accelerate learning and delivery. * A mindset of clarity: communicating blockers, validating assumptions, and asking for help early. **What We Offer** Competitive salary within the fintech ecosystem Quarterly performance bonus Enhanced benefits package + additional days off Flexible policies (marriage, maternity, paternity, and more) 100% remote work in Mexico Growth and continuous learning plan Direct employment on payroll **Our Culture** At Nexu, we believe diversity drives innovation.
