TRACKING AGENT – DEALERS E* Job Objective Coordinate with involved departments to ensure timely completion of product repairs or replacements. Essential Requirements Completed high school diploma or incomplete university degree Strong character Ability to work under pressure Service-oriented attitude Negotiation skills Minimum 1 year of experience in: Reviewing and updating service ticket statuses Managing and expediting product repair and replacement processes Negotiating and tracking services with technical staff, parts suppliers, and logistics personnel Updating databases and creating pivot tables Using web portals Handling critical cases under supervision Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, filters, lookups, and formulas) Competencies and Skills Strong spelling and writing skills Effective communication Quick adaptation to changes and work processes Attention to detail Sense of urgency Location Citi Center Corporate Office: Av.
