




Job Summary: Supervise and manage production and packaging processes in the pharmaceutical, food, or cosmetic industry, ensuring compliance and quality. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in Production or Quality within regulated industries. 2. Leadership in supervising manufacturing processes. 3. Development and updating of operational procedures. **Profile:** * Degree and professional license in Chemical, Pharmaceutical, and/or Biological fields (mandatory). * Minimum 3 years of experience in Production or Quality within the pharmaceutical, food, or cosmetic industry. **Responsibilities:** * Participate in audits when required. * Conduct weekly follow-up on the Manufacturing Schedule. * Close production and packaging batch records. * Verify preparation and documentation of cleaning and sanitizing agents. * Ensure timely and proper delivery of finished products to the warehouse. * Train all personnel in Production and Packaging areas. * Supervise processes across various stages of Production and/or Packaging. * Generate and deliver production and packaging orders to the Documentation department. * Notify Maintenance personnel of any equipment or facility failures or defects. * Coordinate equipment and facility release requests with Quality Assurance. * Supervise and verify cleaning of equipment, areas, and utensils across all manufacturing stages. * Draft or update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Production and/or Packaging areas. * Receive and verify delivery of raw materials from Production areas, along with corresponding orders and procedures. * Monitor compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) in Production and Packaging areas. * Track and close deviations related to the manufacturing area, CAPAs, Change Controls, and activities associated with Quality Risk Management and its tools. **Specific Knowledge:** * NOM-059-SSA1 * ERP System * Supervision of manufacturing processes * Personnel management **Skills:** * Supervision * Leadership * Responsibility * Strategic planning * Problem solving * Organized * Confidentiality * Analytical Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $1.00 - $2.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Option for indefinite-term contract Application Question(s): * Expected salary Education: * Completed Bachelor's degree (Mandatory) Experience: * Production or Quality area: 3 years (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
