POSITION: STORE MANAGER LOCATION: CDMX What Will You Do Daily? As Store Manager, you will carry out various activities to ensure the store looks immaculate and ready to welcome our customers, as well as supervise and guide a team to achieve results. Your main responsibilities will include: * Assigning and supervising staff work plans according to established goals. * Delivering and promoting excellent customer service by assisting or selling on the sales floor, as well as addressing customer feedback or recommendations. * Processing product payments at cash registers and performing cash register closings. * Performing and supervising sales floor tasks such as price changes, merchandise arrangement, shelf and product cleaning, and maintenance and cleaning of common areas. * Supervising and executing store opening and closing procedures. * Unloading products arriving from the Distribution Center. * Monitoring achievement of store objectives and developing action plans for improvement. * Performing administrative tasks such as receiving suppliers, delivering funds, recording merchandise in the system, and managing and controlling shrinkage. * Performing personnel management tasks such as creating work schedules, reporting payroll incidents, welcoming new hires, training staff, conducting performance evaluations, etc. * Leading compliance with company policies and processes; setting an example of discipline. What Are We Looking For in You? A strong attitude and availability of time. Shift rotations include one weekday rest day.
