We are seeking a **Field Engineer** **Experience:** * Minimum 6 months. * Availability to travel (per diem provided) **Education:** Degree in Systems Engineering, Systems Technician, or Computer Science. **Specific Knowledge:** * Knowledge of backup creation, formatting, and software and hardware installation. * Basic knowledge of structured cabling. * Knowledge of protocols and configuration of Active Directory accounts, domains, and VPN connections. **Responsibilities:** * Preparation and configuration of new equipment with Windows 10 or higher operating systems. * Configuration of applications, email, Microsoft Office 365, and SharePoint. * Corrective and preventive maintenance of equipment. * Repair of computers and peripherals. * Configuration of security policies. * Installation and configuration of antivirus and security consoles. * Installation and configuration of peripheral devices. **We Offer:** Base monthly salary: $12,000 MXN, tax-free Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM Saturdays: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (half-day, depending on location)
