Job Summary: UNIR Mexico is seeking an Academic Tutor to provide personalized follow-up, academic advising, and performance monitoring for online university students. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for your talent to provide mentoring and follow-up as a **Higher Education Academic Tutor.** **Requirements:** * Technological skills for using apps, CRM systems, and various work tools. * Minimum 2 years of experience performing tutoring or mentoring activities at the higher education level. * Skills in active listening and verbal communication. * Experience managing online follow-up for more than 400 students (higher education level). * Strong student retention and negotiation skills. * **Education: Bachelor's degree with official title and professional license required.** **Note: This position does not involve teaching or academic coordination responsibilities. Only candidates meeting the requested experience or having performed related duties matching the required profile will be considered.** **Employment Offer:** * Monthly gross salary of $15,000 * Statutory benefits from day one * Annual bonus based on achievement of metrics * Academic scholarships for you and your family * Medical services * Discounts at various establishments * Remote work starting from the 6th month **Responsibilities** * Advise and provide personalized follow-up to assigned students via phone calls, messages, and emails. * Design and deliver short training sessions on using the Virtual Campus and examination platform. * Ensure compliance with university academic continuity regulations. * Administer and manage the Virtual Campus and email through the educational platform. * Monitor the academic performance of undergraduate students, prioritizing follow-up for those with lower academic performance. * Identify risk factors for dropout and implement student retention strategies. **Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
