Location Near La Paz metro station Schedule Availability to rotate across 3 shifts We offer · Statutory benefits · Competitive salary of $9,500 to $10,000 per month Key Responsibilities 1. Assist in corrective and preventive maintenance of plant machinery and equipment. 2. Perform basic mechanical repairs under supervision. 3. Assist in maintenance of pumps, motors, mills, compressors, and air systems. 4. Carry out basic electrical and plumbing work, and facility repairs as required. 5. Perform minor masonry work, structural adjustments, or modifications in plant and office areas. 6. Assist in welding tasks and fabrication of simple parts. 7. Maintain order and cleanliness in the workshop and maintenance areas. 8. Comply with industrial safety regulations. Required Profile · Technical diploma in Maintenance, Electromechanics, Industrial Electricity, or Industrial Mechanics. · Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a similar position. Technical Knowledge: 1. Basic maintenance of pumps, electric motors, and gearboxes. 2. Basic knowledge of electricity (three-phase motors, wiring, contactors). 3. Maintenance and repair support for industrial mills and production equipment. 4. Use of industrial mechanical tools (wrenches, grinders, drills). 5. Basic knowledge of electric welding. 6. Support in maintenance of compressors, blowers, and compressed air lines. 7. Basic knowledge of electrical panels and electrical connections. 8. Support in mechanical alignment tasks, bearing replacement, belt replacement, and wear-part replacement. Salary: $9,500.00 – $10,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
