




Job Summary: Supervise electromechanical production operations to ensure adherence to schedule, quality standards, safety, and efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Implementation of operational excellence programs (Lean, 5S) Supervise electromechanical plant production operations to guarantee adherence to the production schedule, ensuring that production orders are executed in accordance with the company’s established quality, safety, and efficiency standards. **Job Responsibilities** * Supervise production schedule compliance per machine through correct execution of production orders. * Liaise technical department requirements and specifications with production operators, ensuring accurate interpretation and execution. * Ensure operational staff are competent and possess the necessary skills to execute production orders. * Manage and supervise operational staff’s adherence to WBS Operational Excellence programs, including 5S, DMS, rapid problem resolution, supermarkets, among others. * Prepare machine loading so operators execute production according to the established schedule. * Supervise execution of operations across different process stages to ensure compliance with established standards. * Safeguard equipment and infrastructure integrity, escalating needs to maintain functionality. * Conduct production order reviews (material and run time) for OP accounting closure. * Develop and strengthen the skills of subordinates, promoting growth and continuous improvement. * Comply with and enforce internal work regulations, as well as safety and hygiene protocols and best practices. **Compliance with safety policies and procedures** **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, or Metallurgical Engineering * Manufacturing production processes * Personnel management, conflict resolution **Experience** * Minimum 3–5 years’ experience supervising production in steel plants or similar industries. * Knowledge of operational excellence program management (5S, DMS, continuous improvement). * Leadership and personnel development skills. * Ability to interpret technical specifications and coordinate their application in production. * Knowledge of industrial safety and hygiene standards. * Lean project implementation experience * **Problem-solving tools (5 Why, 8D, A3, Ishikawa)** * Lean Manufacturing (VSM, Waste, 5S, SMED) * Experience with ISO 9001 (Desirable) * Experience with API Certification (Desirable) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $25,000.00 – $30,000.00 per month Benefits: * Major medical expense insurance * Discounted cafeteria service * Grocery vouchers Application Question(s): * English proficiency level (B1, B2, C1) * Industries in which you have experience * KPIs managed Work Location: On-site employment
