Accurate and timely administrative support **Key Responsibilities:** **Staff Management:** Manage office-based personnel. Recruit, train, supervise, evaluate, and motivate employees, as well as resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise. **Activity Coordination:** Coordinate office operations to ensure proper and efficient functioning. This includes budget management, inventory, equipment, supplies, and office facilities, as well as implementation and maintenance of policies and procedures. **Administrative Support:** Support office administration to ensure all tasks are performed accurately and punctually. This includes preparation and review of documents, reports, invoices, and contracts, as well as maintenance and updating of records, databases, and files. **Education:** High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. **Experience:** 2–3 years in the field. **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: Starting at $6,000\.00 per week Work Location: On-site employment
