Hiring **WAREHOUSE MANAGER FOR CONSTRUCTION SITE IN ACAPULCO.** **Must reside in Acapulco (Immediate availability).** **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** * Age: 30 to 45 years old. * Education: Licensed Accountant (L.C.), Certified Public Accountant (C.P.), or Business Administration (LAE) (graduated or incomplete: 5th semester onward). * Experience: 3 to 4 years as Warehouse Manager on construction projects. * Residence: Mexico City (CDMX) or Metropolitan Area. * Willingness to temporarily relocate to Acapulco, Guerrero. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPERIENCE IN:** * Administration, control, and management of construction site warehouse operations: receipts, issuances, and material transfers. * Knowledge of construction materials. * Logistics for material distribution. * Receipt and storage of materials. * Space optimization and material reorganization. * Accounting and physical inventory processes. * Planning of construction material supplies according to logbooks and requirements. * Inventory control. * Identification and correction of variances. **Skills and Competencies:** Proactive, solution-oriented, dynamic, team player, goal- and results-driven, punctual, honest. **We Offer:** $25,000 gross/month \+ Benefits exceeding those mandated by the Federal Labor Law (LFT).
