Currently, we are seeking a Business Development professional to lead our expansion and client acquisition in the construction sector. Your primary objective is to **promote our service portfolio, which includes:** * **Civil projects,** * **Structural engineering,** * **Process engineering,** * **MEP,** * **Structural assessment,** * **Industrial architecture.** **Key responsibilities include:** \- Identifying and capturing business opportunities \- Designing and executing inbound marketing campaigns for lead generation. \- Managing the customer database through CRM (preferably Salesforce). \- Collaborating with the marketing team on acquisition and retention strategies. We seek professionals with experience in business development, inbound marketing, and CRM tools. We offer a base salary plus performance-based commissions.
