Supply management and problem resolution during the shift CAMI Hospital is looking for a **Nursing Supervisor** **\*Flexible schedule required. Rotating shifts:\*** * Morning shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM * Afternoon shift: 2:00 PM – 9:30 PM * Night shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (degree certificate and professional license mandatory) * Prior verifiable experience as head nurse, charge nurse, or supervisor in hospitals **We Offer:** * Gross monthly salary of $18,000, paid biweekly * Statutory benefits from day one * Food vouchers, birthday bonus, option for indefinite-term contract. Location: Venustiano Carranza, Jardín Balbuena **Responsibilities:** * Allocates staff according to nurse-to-patient standards. * Collaborates with the Nursing Department Head in developing staff training plans and programs. * Conducts rounds across various services to validate their proper operation. * Ensures staff under supervision implement and comply with international goals. * Intervenes in resolving problems arising during the shift, per established policies and procedures. * Ensures timely shift handovers. * Requests and replenishes materials and medications for the cardiac arrest cart or obstetric hemorrhage code box. * Collaborates with the UVEH unit to prevent healthcare-associated infections. * Supervises nursing staff’s correct application of international patient safety goals. * Supervises nursing staff’s administration of high-risk medications. * Manages supply replenishment for all areas. * Monitors proper classification and handling of regulated biohazardous infectious waste (RPBI).
