Implementation of improvements for operational efficiency **SíRH CONSULTORES is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Santa Martha Acatitla \- Iztapalapa, Mexico City** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Job Requirements Minimum Education: Graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering Prior experience in Metal Mechanics Minimum 3 to 5 years in similar roles, preferably in industrial or high-operational-demand environments Intermediate-level SAP proficiency. Machinery and facility maintenance. Job Responsibilities Design and execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans. Supervise the maintenance technical team (mechanics, electricians, specialized technicians). Diagnose failures and coordinate repairs of machinery, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems, and infrastructure. Control and manage the maintenance department budget. Manage inventories of spare parts, tools, and materials. Coordinate services with external providers and contractors. Ensure compliance with industrial safety and environmental regulations. Prepare technical reports and department performance reports. Propose technical improvements to increase operational efficiency. Implement maintenance systems based on indicators (TPM, RCM, KPIs).
