**Purpose of the Position**
Casa Lamm seeks to hire an **Academic Curriculum Coordinator** with experience in academic management, procedures before SEP/DGAIR, school administration, study plans, faculty registration, curriculum tracking, and administration of institutional platforms.
The position aims to ensure that the institution’s academic operations function with order, rigor, regulatory compliance, and an educational vision—guaranteeing proper management of programs, files, faculty, students, official procedures, degree conferrals, and internal processes before educational authorities.
This role is critical for a culturally, humanistically, and academically oriented institution where curriculum management is not viewed as a mere administrative procedure but as a strategic function essential to sustaining the quality, continuity, and prestige of its educational programs.

**Job Objective**
**To coordinate, administer, and monitor the institution’s academic, curriculum-related, and regulatory processes, ensuring compliance with internal requirements and official obligations before SEP/DGAIR/DGP**, as well as the proper operation of study plans, student and faculty files, platforms, faculty and student records, graduation procedures, and academic documentation.
The position requires a highly organized, meticulous, reliable individual with in-depth knowledge of higher education academic processes in Mexico.
**Key Responsibilities**
**1\. Curriculum Management and Study Plans**
Coordinate the administration, updating, and monitoring of study plans and academic programs.
Support the creation, modification, or incorporation of new courses, academic programs, curriculum formats, and required documentation.
Ensure that study plans are properly registered, updated, and aligned with institutional and regulatory requirements.
Assist in compiling documentary evidence for processes related to RVOE (Official Recognition of Validity), curriculum updates, program additions, changes to study plans, and academic adjustments.
**2\. Procedures Before SEP, DGAIR, and DGP**
Manage, monitor, and document procedures before SEP, DGAIR, and the General Directorate of Professions.
Respond to requests, inspections, updates, registrations, validations, and other regulatory processes related to higher education academic programs.
Ensure documentary compliance related to RVOE, academic files, degrees, certificates, signature registrations, study plans, official forms, minutes, and registration books.
Maintain rigorous control over deadlines, requirements, deliverables, official responses, and institutional documentation.
**3\. Faculty Registration, Administration, and Files**
Coordinate the compilation, updating, and validation of faculty files.
Manage faculty registration in accordance with applicable institutional and regulatory requirements.
Ensure that academic staff meet the necessary documentary, professional, and administrative requirements to teach courses.
Maintain communication with faculty to request documents, track signatures, update information, and ensure compliance with internal processes.
**4\. Academic Coordination and Faculty Monitoring**
Monitor the academic operation of programs, groups, courses, calendars, evaluations, and administrative processes involving faculty and students.
Coordinate communication among faculty, students, school administration, academic leadership, and administrative departments.
Support course scheduling, group assignments, academic periods, regular and extraordinary examinations, professional exams, and graduation exams.
Track academic incidents, group changes, grade recording, minutes, student requests, and operational needs throughout the academic cycle.
**5\. School Administration and Student Files**
Supervise and validate the proper compilation of student files, ensuring the authenticity, legitimacy, and sufficiency of submitted documentation.
Monitor academic history, social service, certifications, enrollments, re-enrollments, academic payments, calendars, regular and extraordinary minutes.
Handle requests for certifications, academic certificates, official documents, and end-of-cycle academic procedures.
Ensure accurate, secure, and traceable recording and storage of academic information.
**6\. Graduation, Certificates, and Degrees**
Guide students through graduation procedures according to their academic program.
Verify that student files contain all required documentation to initiate graduation, certification, or degree-conferral processes.
Coordinate the assignment of examination committees, documentary review, scheduling of professional and graduation exams.
Manage procedures for issuing, authenticating, and tracking certificates, electronic degrees, and official documentation.
**7\. Administration of Academic Platforms**
Administer and monitor academic and institutional platforms such as PUI, RENOES, and e\_Study.
Configure academic periods, groups, courses, study plans, faculty, students, and calendars within the respective platforms.
Address incidents, errors, updates, registrations, and operational needs related to school management systems.
Ensure that information uploaded to platforms is accurate, up-to-date, and consistent with official documentation.
**8\. Minutes, Records, and Official Documentation**
Prepare, collect, register, safeguard, and monitor regular, extraordinary, professional, and graduation grading minutes.
Maintain registration books, official forms, annexes, signatures, certifications, diplomas, reports, and academic documentation under strict control and organization.
Ensure all academic documentation meets standards of accuracy, traceability, security, and confidentiality.
**9\. Support for Students, Faculty, and Internal Departments**
Provide clear, professional, and solution-oriented support to students, faculty, and internal departments.
Accompany sensitive academic processes with sound judgment, confidentiality, order, and a service-oriented mindset.
Resolve inquiries, route requests, follow up on pending matters, and ensure a serious and trustworthy institutional experience
REQUIREMENTS
**Academic Qualifications**
Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy, Educational Administration, Administration, Educational Sciences, Cultural Management, Humanities, Educational Law, or a related field.
Additional experience in school administration, educational regulations, academic control, higher education, SEP procedures, or institutional administration will be highly valued.
**Required Experience**
Three to five years of experience in higher education institutions, particularly in academic coordination, school administration, curriculum management, student services, **SEP/DGAIR/DGP procedures**, or academic administration.
Essential experience in procedures related to SEP, RVOE, academic files, study plans, faculty and student records, grading minutes, certificates, degrees, or graduation processes.
