We are hiring: Die-Cutting Operator Main Responsibilities: * Know and comply with procedures related to the Die-Cutting area. * Ensure that materials to be used meet production order requirements. * Coordinate, perform, and record line clearance. * Ensure machine setup complies with production order specifications. * Verify that parameters indicated in the Control and Sample Standard match those set on the machine. * Verify product quality against the Process Control criteria. * Report any material quality deviations to the Shift Facilitator immediately upon detection. * Identify, segregate, and record material with quality deviations. * Report any mechanical anomalies detected on the machine to the Die-Cutting Facilitator. * Assist and participate in training on departmental procedures and continuous improvement projects. * Develop technical skills of Die-Cutting assistants (when assigned by the Die-Cutting Supervisor). * Support preventive maintenance activities in the area. * Ensure proper handling of all die-cutting tools and fixtures. * Execute action plans derived from corrective actions and/or NIPs (Non-Conformance Identification Reports). * Meet departmental quality and productivity standards. Requirements: Minimum education: completed junior high school. Minimum 1 year of experience operating Bobst or MK Pro Matrix machines. Knowledge of Pertinax and milled sheet, half-cutting, simultaneous die-cutting with embossing, half-cutting, etc. Availability to work rotating shifts.
