




Job Summary: Supports construction and assembly of projects while maintaining an organized and safe workshop, with a positive attitude toward learning. Key Responsibilities: 1. Versatile support in various workshop and assembly tasks. 2. Collaboration on repair, construction, and assembly projects. 3. Handling of tools and diverse materials such as wood and acrylics. Requirements: * Job Objective: Perform assigned functions and tasks within established timeframes, as directed by the Workshop Supervisor for each project. Duties and Responsibilities: * Loading and unloading of materials and components. * Assisting assemblers/painters/blacksmiths/sculptors/and other assigned tasks. * Working alongside direct supervisor on repair, construction, or assembly projects. * Maintaining our workshop immaculate and safe. * Securing wood using glue, screws, nails, and other materials. * Measuring, marking, drilling, and cutting with precision. * Assisting assemblers in crafting unique furniture pieces for each project. Knowledge in the following areas: * **General tool knowledge and handling.** * Ability to comprehend written instructions and willingness to learn across various domains. * **Bonding natural veneers and plastic laminates; wood finishing; handling of other materials such as plastic acrylics, flooring, etc.** * Availability to work overtime and travel off-site Requirements * **Minimum Education: Completed Secondary Education** * 1 year of experience; age between 18 and 30 years Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $9,800.00 - $10,500.00 per month Benefits: * Flexible working hours * Option for indefinite-term contract Education: * Completed secondary education (preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
