




Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced tariff classifier to review goods and customs entries, ensure regulatory compliance, and train departments on customs tariff classification. Key Highlights: 1. Minimum 3 years’ experience as a tariff classifier 2. Review goods and customs entries for accurate tariff classification 3. Train staff on tariff classification, customs entry annotation, and Customs Law topics Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Trade or related field; Certified Tariff Classifier credential required. Minimum 3 years’ experience as a tariff classifier Responsibilities: Review goods documentarily and photographically to assign accurate tariff classification. Annotate customs entries to verify that all recorded data is correct. Verify that customs entries comply with permits and regulations applicable to the tariff classifications stated in the entry, and that such permits and documents are attached as e\-documents. Supervise the client tariff classification database to ensure it remains up to date. Provide clients, upon request, information regarding the legal basis for assigned tariff classifications. Support data entry into the system required to generate the Pro Forma Customs Entry. Supervise customs entry validation. Train various departments on tariff classification, customs entry annotation, and topics related to the Customs Law, Regulations, etc. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $20,000\.00 \- $25,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
