We are currently looking for our **Station** **Manager** located in **México City** **What****will** **be** **your****main****goal** **in** **this** **position?** Responsible for overseeing all operational, financial, and administrative activities of the station. This role ensures efficient coordination of logistics, freight forwarding, and customer service function while maintaining compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and service quality standards. The Station Manager lead cross\-functional teams to achieve operational excellence, profitability, and customer satisfaction. **What****will****you** **do in** **this** **position?** * Lead day to day operations for Air Freight, Ocean Freight, and Value Added Services following DGF global processes and KPIs. * Ensure compliance with Mexican customs regulations and other global regulatory standards. * Implement First Choice/LEAN initiatives to drive continuous improvement, cost efficiency, and operational excellence. * Lead and develop operational, customer service, import/export, and value\-added services teams according to DGF leadership principles * Serve as the primary escalation point for key customers, ensuring timely resolution of operational issues and maintaining DGF’s Customer Excellence standards * Partner closely with Sales and Key Account Management teams to support customer retention and growth. * Build strong relationships with carriers, customs authorities, airports/ports, freight terminals, and logistics partners. * Support the implementation of customer SOPs, KPIs, and QBR requirements. * Manage station P\&L, including revenue, cost control, productivity, and profitability indicators. * Ensure accurate and timely billing, cost capture, and margin control according to GFF standards. * Analyze financial performance and implement corrective actions to close gaps in revenue, cost, or quality metrics. * Identify business development opportunities in collaboration with Sales and Product leaders. * Ensure strict adherence to DPDHL’s compliance framework, anti corruption policies, sanctions screening, and data protection standards * Enforce Safety \& Security protocols aligned with global GFF HSE and Security policies. * Ensure accuracy of operational reporting, KPI tracking, and quality dashboards. **What** **can** **you****bring****to****the** **position?** * Bachelor’s degree in international Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field * Minimum 8 years in similar position, operational experience in freight forwarding leading multiple teams developing short to long – term plans for optimizing the organization, function, or job\-family and the talent required to execute strategies * Strong experience working with customs processes, carriers, ground handlers, and regulatory authorities in Mexico * Master's degree in Business Administration or related * Bilingual English and Spanish **Why****should****you****join****our****team****?** You will have the opportunity to work in an international company with a multicultural environment.
