




Position Summary: We are seeking a Technical Support professional with experience in operating systems, office software suites, and networks to handle internal requests, manage incidents, and propose improvements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Attention to and resolution of requests and incidents from internal customers. 2. Preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment. 3. Proposal of service improvements for users. Technical Support Requirements * Bachelor's or Engineering degree in Computer Science, Informatics, or related field. * Domain Server administration. * Knowledge of Hand Held devices. * Configuration of Zebra printers and multifunctional devices. * Knowledge of Windows 10 and 11. * Office software suite 2019 and 365. * Knowledge of Cisco (APs and Switches). Responsibilities * Handling internal customer requests or incidents. * Real-time response management for support tickets. * Proposing service improvements for users. * Providing remote technical assistance, among other duties. * Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment.
