**Maintenance Technician,** workplace at **Av. Insurgentes Centro 881, Nápoles, Benito Juárez, 03840 Ciudad de México, CDMX** We are seeking a **Multifunctional Equipment Maintenance Technician** to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, removal, maintenance, and repair of multifunctional equipment, providing technical support to our customers and ensuring proper equipment operation. **Responsibilities:** * Installation, configuration, and maintenance of multifunctional devices. * Diagnosis and repair of equipment malfunctions. * Customer support to resolve technical issues. * Follow-up on service requests and preventive maintenance in the assigned area or surrounding locations. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in multifunctional equipment maintenance. * Solid knowledge of hardware and software for multifunctional equipment. * Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems. * Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. * Proactive attitude and strong customer service skills. * Valid driver's license. * Willingness to travel. **We offer:** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * Opportunities for professional growth and development.
