A National Warehouse Operations Manager who ensures efficient, controlled, and standardized operations across multiple warehouses, maintaining optimal inventory levels, process compliance, and asset protection. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. * **Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations and control (multi-site).** * Experience leading operational teams. * Proficiency in ERP and inventory control systems. * Advanced Excel skills and data analysis capabilities. * Willingness to travel frequently. **Responsibilities:** * Manage nationwide operations across multiple warehouses. (Only resumes meeting this requirement will be considered) * Implement and ensure adherence to operational processes and internal controls. * Monitor inventory, turnover, shrinkage, and stock levels. * Coordinate operational audits and follow up on deviations. * Lead warehouse teams (warehouse managers, supervisors, assistants). * Analyze operational KPIs: inventory accuracy, delivery times, productivity, etc. * Report operational results to senior management. * Identify improvement opportunities and implement efficiency and cost-reduction strategies. * Preferably experience in steel, aluminum, cotton, or similar material handling companies.
