Professional development with a career plan and continuous training. **Universal Cargo**, Mexico’s most agile, human-centered, and professional international logistics company, is looking for your talent as a **Pricing Executive**. **What do you need?** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, International Business, Foreign Trade, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in rate negotiation and sourcing of international logistics providers. * Knowledge of maritime, air, and land transportation. * Familiarity with INCOTERMS. * Strong verbal communication skills. * Intermediate/advanced English proficiency. * Negotiation skills with international agents. **Responsibilities** * Ensure timely response times. * Negotiate more competitive maritime, land, and air freight rates. * Renegotiate credit terms and commercial conditions with strategic agents. * Evaluate and prioritize agents based on profitability, efficiency, and commercial reciprocity. * Comprehensive preparation and follow-up of quotations. **We offer:** * Net monthly salary, paid biweekly via payroll. * Statutory benefits (social security, vacation, INFONAVIT, vacation bonus, year-end bonus, profit sharing, etc.). * Healthy bar.
