Job Summary: We are seeking a Systems Analyst with experience in application and incident analysis to identify improvements and resolve technical issues. Key Responsibilities: 1. Analyzes and improves systems and applications while managing incidents. 2. Documents root causes and solutions for effective tracking. 3. Identifies and resolves technical issues in applications and processes. Requirements: -Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Computer Science, Computer Systems, or related field. -1 to 3 years of experience in systems analysis. -Knowledge of application and incident analysis. -Proficiency in ServiceNow and Microsoft Office suite. -Experience in the financial or insurance sector is desirable. -Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities: -Analyze system and application functionality to detect improvements or failures. -Track incidents and ensure proper handling and resolution. -Document root causes and implemented solutions for control and tracking. -Identify and resolve technical issues in applications and processes. -Manage and update tickets using the ServiceNow platform. -Prepare reports and maintain operational incident records. Skills: -Effective verbal and written communication. -Analytical ability -Problem-solving -Microsoft Office proficiency -Experience with Silva, ServiceNow, or similar software.
