Accounts Receivable Administrator Location: Coyoacán, CDMX Work Mode: On-site Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Job Description A prominent BTL advertising agency seeks to hire an Accounts Receivable Administrator to join its team, responsible for managing collections, billing follow-up, reconciliations, and the company’s revenue control. We seek an organized, analytical individual with excellent follow-up skills, focused on ensuring timely receivables recovery and accurate administrative control of customer accounts. Main Responsibilities Management and follow-up of accounts receivable. Preparation, issuance, and control of invoices. Tracking of outstanding payments and receivables recovery. Revenue and bank deposit reconciliation. Application of payments and control of account statements. Preparation of collections reports and aging analysis of balances. Customer service and follow-up for billing and payment clarifications. Coordination with commercial and operational departments to validate billed services. Control and updating of customers’ administrative files. Requirements Completed bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts receivable, administrative collections, or credit and collections. Advanced Excel proficiency. Experience in invoicing and bank reconciliations.
