Job Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Director Assistant to join MacStore, the leader in Apple product distribution, supporting the director and coordinating interdepartmental processes. Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related field (completed). At least 2 years of experience in executive assistance: calendar management, tracking of operational and corporate Headcount (H.C.), and timely communication with other departments. General knowledge of Human Resources: labor relations, payroll, recruitment, and training. Intermediate Excel proficiency. · Responsibilities: Assist the Human Resources Director, follow up on pending tasks and important notifications. Communicate with other departments to track processes. Handle confidential information. Prepare executive presentations. Generate executive reports. · Mac Benefits: Salary: $18,000 per month (100% nominal pay scheme with direct employment contract).
