Join our team as: **HOTEL INTERNAL SECURITY AGENT** JOB OBJECTIVE: To monitor, protect and ensure the integrity and safety of the property, staff and visitors through a security culture, ethical and respectful treatment, and non-discrimination. This role operates across our three tourism hotels. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: High school diploma * Knowledge of civil protection * Valid employment records * Demonstrated job stability in previous positions * Availability to work flexible hours (12-hour shifts) * **Experience: Minimum 2 years in hospitality or corporate settings, performing the following duties:** * Manage staff, guest and visitor entry and exit procedures at the workplace. * Safeguard the integrity of staff, guests and visitors, as well as the property. * Carry out civil protection, security and hygiene procedures and protocols. * Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies or criminal acts. * Conduct internal inspections and patrols throughout the property. * Knowledge of civil protection, first aid, earthquakes, etc. * Personal qualities: sense of urgency, adaptability to work environments, writing speed, and excellent service attitude. * Support operational areas. * Maintain order and cleanliness in assigned work area.
