We are convinced that the combination of solidarity, innovation, respect, loyalty, and responsibility is the perfect formula to become the best team in the financial sector. **Position Objective:** * Establish strategies and logistics to meet the defined service levels across all environments, as well as the corresponding metrics established for the area in project management, inventory, and ATMs. * Provide advisory and support to the business on IT services that help achieve its business objectives. * Manage IT infrastructure services across different environments. * Manage and design new project initiatives, tracking and implementing technology solutions. * Manage and innovate processes and resource utilization related to service delivery, projects, inventory, and ATMs to sustain continuous improvement. Identify schedules for tracking and ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance, and manage and track correct inventory updates as part of compliance with standards and service levels. + Improvement plans and their documentation for processes requiring them **Requirements:** * Preferred academic background: Computer Systems Engineer or Bachelor, Informatics Engineer, ICT Engineer, or Informatics Bachelor. Master’s degree preferred. * Years of experience: Preferably over 3 years. * Areas of expertise: Computing, telecommunications, information technologies. * Experience delivering executive presentations * Team leadership experience * Ability to establish relationships and synergies with work teams based on empathetic and proactive communication * Required knowledge: + Technical support, project administration, mobile device management, time management, teamwork + Administrative process management + Installation, configuration, and updating of computing equipment + Practical experience in Windows environments, Windows and MAC OS operating systems, iOS and Android mobile devices + Network administration + Drafting and preparation of executive reports + Vendor management and coordination with internal IT departments + Basic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence as a supporting tool * Languages: English (70% proficiency preferred), technical reading. * Willingness to travel: Yes * Willingness to relocate: N/A At Banorte, we operate under a principle of equal opportunity.
