Primary Objective: Schedule planned surgeries, structuring them according to established business needs and priorities to achieve surgical success. Essential Duties (maximum 10): 1. Perform surgical scheduling. 2. Verify with the Operations team and/or logistics operators the requirements for surgery. 3. Prioritize physicians using surgeon stratification criteria. 4. Report any missing items required for surgery. 5. Provide personalized service based on defined preferences for each surgeon. 6. Participate in the creation and testing of developments to enhance the ESurgery scheduling platform. 7. Document and report to Management changes in medical preferences or modifications to hospital and/or logistics operator consignments.
