Join us as a **Junior Lawyer** **Key Responsibilities:** * Proficiency in Procedural, Civil, Commercial, Notarial, and Registry Law. * Address internal queries and concerns to formalize the necessary legal acts for the workout department. * Drafting and reviewing: deeds, minutes, contracts, and real estate transactions. **What Are We Looking For?** * Knowledge of the Public Property Registry. * Experience managing procedures across the entire Mexican Republic. * Review of registry and cadastral documentation. * Monitoring of real estate and financial transactions. * Basic knowledge of regulatory compliance in AML (Anti-Money Laundering) matters. * Coordination with regulatory authorities and clients. **What Do We Offer?** Base salary Statutory and above-statutory benefits Savings fund Food vouchers If you are looking for a place to grow and take on new challenges, this is the right opportunity for you.
