Route and Operator Coordinator Work area: Nezahualcóyotl, State of Mexico Salary: $15,000 MXN per month \+ Statutory benefits Position objective We are seeking a Route and Operator Coordinator with experience in logistics and operational personnel management, capable of ensuring the proper functioning of delivery routes, supervising operators, and guaranteeing efficient and on-time deliveries. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, resolving incidents, and maintaining constant communication with operators, customers, and internal departments. Key responsibilities * Coordinate and assign daily delivery routes. * Supervise operators and monitor operational performance. * Monitor deliveries and route compliance. * Address and resolve operational incidents. * Supervise attendance, punctuality, and staff performance. * Validate logs, operational evidence, and documentation. * Monitor vehicles via GPS. * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance. * Ensure compliance with safety and traffic regulations. * Maintain constant communication with customers and internal departments. * Train and provide feedback to operational staff. Requirements * Completed high school education. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in operator coordination or delivery logistics. * Experience managing operational personnel. * Knowledge of local and out-of-town routes. * GPS monitoring experience. * Knowledge of logistics and distribution. * Basic/intermediate Excel skills. * Familiarity with operational KPIs and incident management.
