Presentation of results to various organizational levels Grupo CODA, an information technology company, is seeking your talent to join our team as: "PROCESS ANALYST" Requirements: Education: Industrial Engineering or related field. Experience: * Basic knowledge of BPMN methodology * Process mapping levels * Agile methodology * KPIs and OKRs * Analysis methodologies (decision tree, 5 Whys, etc.) Responsibilities: * Process mapping * Analysis of areas of opportunity * Implementation of action plans * Presentation of results to forums at different organizational levels (executive, managerial, operational) We offer: * Highly competitive and attractive salary \+ statutory benefits. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. * Work location: Tlalpan, CDMX.
