Ongoing training **LIntalent is seeking a RESIDENT MANAGER FOR CONDOMINIUMS in Coyoacán, Mexico City** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- LEADING PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY SEEKING TO EXPAND RESIDENT MANAGER (CONDOMINIUMS) Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience as a manager of high-end condominiums or similar. PROSOC certification required. Knowledge of: * Legislation and regulations applicable to condominiums in Mexico. * Managing legal and administrative documentation * Planning assemblies * Supervising maintenance and services * Financial resource management * Preparing condominium financial statements * Vendor relations and procurement * Supervising the internal civil protection program * Responding to requests from competent authorities * Personnel management Location: Coapa, Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM; Saturdays 9:00 AM–1:00 PM We offer: Salary range based on experience and aptitude: 25k–28k; statutory benefits; direct employment contract; job stability; growth opportunities; ongoing training.
