* Currently enrolled in: **Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Business and Corporate Management.**
* Availability to complete a minimum internship duration of **11 months (complete coursework and internship period until 2027\)**
* Knowledge of: **Project Management, design software (Canva, PowerPoint, etc.)**
* **PowerBI and Synthesia are desirable**
* Intermediate\-advanced English
***Responsibilities:***
* Support the development and tracking of projects within Training, Digital Business Excellence, and Talent Development
* Create and update training materials and digitized support resources
* Support the rollout of national initiatives (coordination, tracking, and information administration)
* Assist in automating reports, communications, and process improvements within the department.
