We are currently looking for your talent as: **SAP Technical Support Analyst.** **Objective:** This position is critically important in ensuring the proper functioning of the company’s devices, corporate accounts, licenses, and technological resources—delivering timely technical support and efficiently managing the inventory of technological assets. **Responsibilities:** * Provide preventive and corrective **technical support** for the company’s technological devices (computers, printers, peripherals, mobile devices, etc.). * Create, manage, and maintain corporate accounts for new hires, personnel changes, or departures. * Manage and administer **software licenses** and corporate tools, ensuring compliance with validity periods and usage policies. * Maintain an up-to-date **inventory of technological assets**, including additions, removals, and equipment maintenance. * Monitor the proper operation of the network and internal systems, escalating incidents when necessary **Skills:** * Hardware and software technical support * SAP knowledge * Administration of Windows and/or iOS operating systems * Basic networking and connectivity knowledge * Management of technological inventories **Requirements** * Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; intern or graduate * Excellent attitude and sense of urgency * Organization and precision in performance * Excellent attitude * Proactivity **We Offer:** **Salary:** * $12,000 \-$14,000 MXN Gross Monthly * Statutory benefits * Grocery vouchers at 12% **After 3 months:** * Major Medical Expense Insurance * Funeral Expense Insurance * Life Insurance **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday **Working Hours:** 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000\.00 \- $14,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract Work Location: On-site employment
