**HR Operations Manager – Oil \& Gas**
Location: To be confirmed – Mexico
Full\-time \| Immediate availability preferred
We are currently looking for an experienced **HR Operations Manager** to join a leading company within the Oil \& Gas sector. This role will be responsible for leading operational HR activities across onshore operations and offshore projects, ensuring strong employee relations, labor compliance, and effective HR service delivery in a dynamic operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead operational HR activities for offshore and onshore operations.
* Manage employee and labor relations processes, including investigations, disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.
* Ensure compliance with Mexican labor regulations and evolving labor reforms.
* Supervise and develop a small HR team, including HR Business Partners and Labor Relations personnel.
* Partner closely with business leaders and corporate stakeholders to align HR priorities and operational needs.
* Drive HR process improvements, reporting, workforce planning, and employee lifecycle activities.
* Support offshore personnel operations including mobilizations, rotations, and critical workforce requirements.
* Utilize HR systems and reporting tools (SAP experience is a plus).
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field.
* Solid experience in HR Operations, Employee Relations, and Labor Relations within Oil \& Gas, Energy, Offshore, Industrial, or other highly regulated environments.
* Experience supporting offshore projects and operational environments.
* Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law and labor reform compliance.
* Proven experience leading HR teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
* Advanced English is mandatory.
* SAP or HRIS exposure is desirable.

Sueldo: $150,000\.00 \- $190,000\.00 al mes
