Job Summary: Responsible for implementing and ensuring compliance with commercial and visual merchandising strategies, training staff to optimize product presentation. Key Highlights: 1. Contribution to the development of new stores and renovations Ensure the implementation and compliance of commercial and visual merchandising strategies across all sales floor areas of the store, training Center Managers and Sales Advisors on applicable visual merchandising criteria within their respective areas of responsibility, to maintain product presentation and layout aligned with Manuals, Visual Merchandising Guidelines, and Project Criteria—achieving attractive and eye-catching displays that capture customers' attention and promote merchandise sales—while providing specialized support to Store Managers regarding visual merchandising issues. * Conduct periodic visits to assigned stores to evaluate the correct implementation of visual merchandising strategies on the sales floor, ensuring adherence to established standards and maximizing the visual impact of merchandise. * Supervise sales floor displays through periodic inspections to identify any deviations from established standards, and coordinate necessary actions to maintain display quality and visual impact. * Apply visual merchandising knowledge in product layout implementation and execution of visual merchandising projects, ensuring consistency with brand identity and achievement of objectives. * Continuously review customer satisfaction scores from the ISA\-Medallia survey regarding furniture and apparel product layouts, aiming to resolve friction points and increase customer satisfaction. * Establish a training program and embed visual merchandising knowledge into product layout implementation and visual merchandising project execution per Training Guidelines, ensuring consistency with brand identity and achievement of objectives. * Support the semiannual inventory process for display furniture, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment between physical assets and accounting records in the Integrated Visual Merchandising System (SIE). * Proactively monitor visual merchandising tasks in SIGO to ensure timely completion and compliance with requirements. * Contribute to the progress of new store development and renovations to ensure established goals for timeline, quality, and aesthetics are met. * Participate in all stages of the installation and activation of the Toys World section, as well as Buen Fin and seasonal activities on the sales floor, to ensure seasonal categories become the focal point of visual merchandising. * Comply with established processes outlined in Continuous Improvement Manuals for the department and participants to achieve desired results efficiently and effectively.
