Performance bonus based on KPI achievement A leading company in its field seeks your talent as: **Backoffice (Document Validator, Data Entry Clerk)** Requirements: * Completed high school diploma or technical degree. * Minimum 6 months of experience in document validation, classification, data entry, or quality assistant roles. * Proficiency in PC usage. * Experience with virtual meeting platforms (Teams, Zoom, Meet). * Basic Excel skills. * Familiarity with web browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Explorer). * Email proficiency. Your responsibilities: * Document validation and data entry for Santander \- GETNET POS Terminals **IMPORTANT\+\+\+\+** * A data entry speed test will be administered: 150 keystrokes per minute (KPM), or its equivalent of 20–35 words per minute. * Data entry accuracy requirement: 80%. * Weekend work will be required as needed by the project. * Performance bonus awarded according to KPI achievement.
