Growth opportunity A REPUTABLE MULTI-STYLE WOMEN'S TEXTILE COMPANY IS HIRING A PATTERN MAKER/DESIGNER FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY WITH EXPERIENCE IN MULTI-STYLE WOMEN'S APPAREL DESIGN AND PATTERN MAKING. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Multi-style clothing design * Fashion trend analysis * Material selection (fabrics, prints, and trims) * Grading REQUIREMENTS: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design (graduated or final-year student) * Experience: Minimum 3 years in multi-style women's apparel design and pattern making * **Proficiency in Lectra system (80%)** * Service-oriented attitude * Pro\-active * Passion for fashion * Dynamic * Creative * Leadership (over assigned team) WE OFFER: * **Working hours: Monday to Friday.** * Starting salary of $18,000 (adjusted based on experience and expertise). * Timely payments. * Statutory benefits. * Growth opportunity * Job stability. * Direct employment contract with the company. * Positive work environment * Work location: Izazaga Avenue, one and a half blocks from Pino Suárez and Isabel la Católica metro stations.
