Comply with quality and safety regulations We are a Mexican company dedicated to the manufacturing of medical devices, seeking an Injection Maintenance Technician. **Job Objective** Maintain plastic injection molding machines and auxiliary systems in optimal operating condition, ensuring continuity of the production process, compliance with quality regulations, and safety in the manufacturing of medical devices. **Requirements** * Technical degree in Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or related field. * Experience in industrial maintenance (experience in plastic injection molding is preferred). * Availability to work rotating shifts. **Responsibilities** * Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on plastic injection molding machines. * Diagnose and resolve failures in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. * Perform adjustments and machine setup for production startup. * Support mold changes (installation and removal). * Verify critical process parameters (temperature, pressure, cycle times). * Maintain equipment cleanliness and order according to procedures. * Complete logbooks, work orders, and technical records. * Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP). * Participate in equipment and process validations. **We Offer** Gross monthly salary: $11,000.00 10% punctuality bonus Grocery vouchers Uniforms provided by the company 50% vacation bonus Weekly payroll Free transportation within the area Benefits exceeding legal requirements Availability to work rotating shifts: 06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, and 22:00–06:00 Employment type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: $11,000.00 – $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Transportation assistance or service * Company parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
