Job Summary: We are seeking Resident Architects to manage conflicts, supervise project progress, and make decisions ensuring proper construction execution, using design software. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and resolve conflicts arising during project progress. 2. Supervise and monitor the construction schedule punctually. 3. Use software such as SketchUp, CAD, and Revit for conceptual design. TDM The Design Mode We are seeking Resident Architects: \- Manage and resolve conflicts arising during project progress. \- Provide punctual monitoring. \- Review and approve estimates and/or corresponding project generators. \- Maintain schedule control and promptly notify the manager or responsible party in case of any significant deviation jeopardizing delivery dates. \- Supervise construction with punctual adherence to the construction schedule. \- Prepare weekly construction progress reports via an electronic logbook. \- Make decisions ensuring proper construction execution. \- Review and reconcile construction volumes. \- Prepare and approve construction details. \- Use SketchUp, CAD, Revit, and other software for conceptual renders to aid client or contractor understanding.
