Position Summary: We are seeking an IMSS and INFONAVIT Specialist with 5 years of experience to ensure compliance with social security obligations and regulations. Key Requirements: 1. Minimum 5 years of experience in social security required 2. Extensive knowledge of SUA, IDSE, SISUB, ICSOE, EMA and EBA reconciliations 3. Responsibility, analytical ability, and numerical accuracy IMSS AND INFONAVIT SPECIALIST Minimum 5 years of experience in the field required. Experience handling IMSS, IDSE, and SUA transactions. Monthly and bimonthly reconciliations. Experience or training in social security audit procedures (preferred). Clarifications and follow-ups on IMSS and INFONAVIT notifications. INFONAVIT and FONACOT employer portals. Extensive knowledge of SUA, IDSE, SISUB, ICSOE, EMA and EBA reconciliations. Responsibilities: Ensure and implement correct compliance with all obligations and regulations related to Social Security (IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT). Track employee registration, termination, and modification transactions. Respond to requests from external and internal IMSS auditors. Accurately calculate the Contribution Base Salary and Employer-Employee Contributions. Reconcile accounting accounts and CFDIs. Review the integration of social security accounts.
