Opportunity to build and scale a modern Data & AI organization Job Description We are looking for a strategic and business\-oriented Chief of Data to lead and scale the organization’s enterprise\-wide Data \& AI capabilities. This role will be responsible for enabling data\-driven decision making across the company and driving the evolution of the organization toward advanced analytics, Generative AI, and Agentic AI capabilities. What You Will Do: * Translate business strategy into Data \& AI capability roadmaps and ensure execution. * Lead and operationalize the enterprise Data \& AI Hub \& Spoke operating model. * Build, lead, and scale the central Data \& AI organization. * Establish and enforce pragmatic Data Governance and Responsible AI frameworks. * Prioritize and deliver high\-impact analytics, GenAI, and AI\-driven use cases with measurable business value. * Partner closely with Technology and business leaders to evolve the company’s Data \& AI ecosystem. * Drive adoption of Data \& AI capabilities across business domains. * Promote a data\-driven culture and AI literacy throughout the organization. * Establish standards for data products, AI models, governance, monitoring, and deployment practices. Requirements: * 12\+ years of professional experience, including significant experience leading Data \& Analytics organizations. * Proven experience leading enterprise\-wide data transformation initiatives. * Strong background in Data Strategy, Data Governance, Analytics, AI/ML, and Cloud Data Platforms. * Experience operating within matrixed or Hub \& Spoke organizational models. * Exposure to GenAI, AI enablement, and Agentic AI initiatives. * Ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive cross\-functional alignment. * Strong business acumen with the ability to translate technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes. * Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in complex organizations. * Advanced English required.
