It has the infrastructure and transportation logistics required to serve its clients, and its human capital provides the spirit and drive that define the company. **Requirements:** * Arrive **PUNCTUALLY** for work. * Valid driver's license. * Live near the **CUMBRES** area. * Demonstrate **INITIATIVE** in your work. * Ability to drive vehicles with **STANDARD** transmission. * 100% availability. * Common sense. * Responsibility. * Service-oriented attitude and proactivity. **Objective:** Limpieza Monterrey seeks a field supervisor responsible for clients and cleaning assistants, who follows company guidelines and resides near the Cumbres area of Monterrey. **Job Responsibilities:** * Promptly attend to clients regarding their needs and requests. * Schedule client visits. * Continuously supervise service delivery. * Keep supervisors informed about ongoing activities. * Report staff changes. * Prepare visit reports jointly with the client. * Maintain constant communication with headquarters. * Submit daily feedback from workers and clients to central offices. * Knowledge of cleaning equipment and materials. * Adhere to policies and procedures. * Maintain daily logs. * Keep your vehicle in excellent condition, both clean and well-maintained. * Wear clean, well-maintained uniforms.
