Position Summary: We are seeking a Receiving and Shipping Manager to coordinate and supervise merchandise operations, ensuring adherence to established processes. Key Highlights: 1. Leads and coordinates logistics operations for receiving and shipping. 2. Supervises staff and ensures compliance with operational processes. 3. Requires experience in logistics and personnel management, with attention to detail. We are looking for a Receiving and Shipping Manager responsible for coordinating, controlling, and supervising operations related to the receipt and dispatch of merchandise, guaranteeing proper compliance with operational and administrative procedures. Responsibilities * Supervision of truck receiving. * Billing control and tracking. * Validation of labels and transfers. * Tracking of returns and electronic shipments. * Supervision of courier services and online sales. * Control of pickups and physical exchanges. * Coordination of operational staff. * Incident tracking and process compliance. Requirements * Completed bachelor's degree. * Experience in operations, logistics, warehousing, or similar roles. * Personnel management experience. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work under pressure. * Experience managing KPIs and operational tracking. * Flexible schedule availability. Schedule * 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. or 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (rotating shifts) * Two rotating days off per week.
