Opportunity for growth and learning in procurement auditing. Procurement Internal Auditor (Metal Recycling Industry) Location: Apodaca, N.L. Department: Internal Audit / Procurement / Internal Control What will you do in this role? You will be a key player in ensuring transparency and profitability in the procurement of recyclable materials. Your work will directly impact risk detection, cost control, and process improvement within operations. Main Responsibilities: * Audit scrap purchases (steel, copper, aluminum, etc.) * Validate pricing and identify deviations * Detect discrepancies between physical weight and system records * Audit supplier payments (including sensitive transactions) * Identify fraud risks or improper practices * Prepare audit reports and follow up on corrective actions Candidate Profile: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting * 2–4 years of experience in internal audit, procurement, or inventory management * ERP proficiency (Apel, SAE, or similar) preferred * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills Key Skills: * Strong ethical standards and integrity * Attention to detail (especially regarding weights and costs) * Analytical thinking * Ability to detect risks and anomalies * Firm and effective communication * Adherence to the audit plan We Offer: * Monthly gross salary of $17,000 (less taxes) * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Growth opportunities * Learning within the field * Free cafeteria service * Working hours: Monday to Friday, Saturday half-day. * **Work location: Paseo de las Flores, Apodaca, N.L.
