**Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Automotive, Industrial Engineering, Administration, or related field (Certificate required). * Previous experience as a Teacher, Trainer, and/or Training Facilitator (Proof required). * Strong communication skills. * Prior experience in automotive maintenance, Diesel/Gasoline engines. * Availability to travel. **Main Responsibilities** * Deliver theoretical and practical courses according to the annual training plan (Knowledge of automotive electronic tools: Multimeter, Current tester, CUMMINS SCAN TOOL: For heavy-duty vehicle engines and related components, Preventive and Corrective Maintenance). * Manage and develop training plans by prioritizing needs assessment and ensuring compliance. * Ensure achievement of institutional objectives for training events by applying techniques to measure participants' knowledge mastery and providing feedback. * Conduct learning evaluations, define criteria and assessment instruments. * Knowledge of group dynamics, ability to address and maintain the attention of a group of people with the goal of delivering theoretical-practical training and support. **We Offer** * Base salary. * Grocery vouchers. * Statutory and additional benefits. * Direct hiring by the company.
